“The valet parking staff and front door team are the best in the business. Breakfast team also great. The bathroom is a weak spot. The shower is awful - 10 minutes to heat up. No pressure. Shower curtain doesn’t even reach down to the tub ! HVAC not great - sitting room fine, bedroom warm. Blackout blinds do not keep the sun out.”

“We rented three king rooms with poolside balconies for our family. The rooms were perfect…clean, comfortable & quiet. With the balcony door open you could hear the people enjoying the pool but when closed the noise was gone. The hotel was so convenient as you walk out the door and you’re right on Bourbon St. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I planned this family event months in advance & researched several hotels before I chose Four Points By Sheridan and I am very happy with……

“Amazing staff!! The hotel is absolutely stunning with its artistic, hip atmosphere. Loved my room, really appreciated the smaller details such as great shampoo, hair dryers, and the bed was so comfortable! Two minor things: There was a stain on the carpet- but the room was obviously very clean! Also it might be helpful to label the doors that connect to the other suites because I thought maybe it was a closet. Definitely planning to stay here again! ”
