“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator to the 3rd floor was cool, we hummed the Get Smart theme every time we used it. :). Very convenient to sites and dining. Nice breakfast. Room was plenty big and with a large bed and 2 types of pillows, had a great frescoe on the ceiling. It felt like I was living in a home in Florence. Had a mini fridge, teapot, daily water bottles, nice bathroom, though I've never figured out how to use a bidet! Daily room cleaning, daily water bottles, fresh……

“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”
