“We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. The washing machine and fridge seemed new and there were refreshments free of charge when we arrived. The wifi was fast and stable. We brought our 18……

“The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. ”

“Hotel was nice, staff made it excellent! Everyone so friendly and courteous. The area is really a fantastic little village area and it was so pleasant to walk around, even at night by myself. Felt completely safe. Also super close to Kew Gardens so makes it convenient. Food was delicious, didn't try any drinks.”

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”

“The only slight downsides were a bit of flight path and traffic noise, and occasional creaky floorboards above. It was a comfortable, spacious room, and although the supplies of tea/coffee/etc. and toiletries were simple, we certainly had everything we needed for our stay. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The location is excellent: a short walk from Richmond station in one direction and from Richmond centre in the other, offering a huge choice of restaurants and pubs, plus……

“On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried……
