“We absolutely loved our stay! The lobby was very far from our room and required transportation to reach, and with such a short stay, we didn't get back there for our VIP benefit. In my opinion, they should have had it ready for us when we arrived so we wouldn't have to chase them for it.”

“Bryan did a great job as my concierge. Was only at the hotel for two nights. Staff is extremely friendly and the location is safe. My only negative is I wish my room was facing the ocean, I would prefer blinds instead of the curtains they had. They are either all open or all closed no middle option. People could see right into my room. The restaurant at the resort is very nice and the food is fresh and tasty. However unfortunately there were cockroaches on the floor of the restaurant when I ate……

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “The property is majestic, the staff capable and always ready to assist. The staff that maintain the property are so kind and amazing at their jobs. They have passion for the property and are experts at what they do. This property is unique as you get to enjoy all the amenities while looking at monkeys, lizards, birds, panthers, etc. In their natural habitat. The drive to the resort is part of the experience as you are on a road to a wonderful adventure. ”

“What we like most about this property is it has many services and natural settings nearby , such as horse riding , spas, volcano mud bath, hotspring pools, hiking trails , waterfalls . But some foods are not as expected , such as chicken meat is tough and chips are a bit hard . Overall, it is a very good hotel to recommend ”

“I loved the property. The room I stayed in was nice and I had a small balcony area which was nice. The buffet food was okay. It wasn’t bad just nothing too crazy. However the food options for dinner at the other restaurants were really good. The staff was decent however I had a few instances where I was waiting on line and the staff bypassed me and interacted with the Spanish speaking person first. It happened when I was checking in and also while waiting in line for dinner; that put a bad taste……
