“We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend. ”

“El baño debería tener más espacio, comparativamente al tamaño de la habitación. Creo que nos dieron el peor cuarto del hotel ya que las ventanas no tenían vista a nada, y una de ellas era muy chica. El servicio bien, el restaurante bien. El restaurante no quiso dejarnos llevar la comida que ya no podíamos comer por pedir demasiado. ”
