“Really nice decor, great staff”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly liked Tina who helped with directions. The room was large and bed was comfortable. We would have liked a second chair in the room to sit and have coffee in the morning and not have to sit on the bed”

“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and……

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”
