“We loved our stay here! We stayed in the La Sirena suite which is at the very top of the building. Below I list some 'cons' but they weren't really cons - more of considerations for those who might be sensitive to certain factors. Pros: - Excellent location - relatively chill block but close to so much. - R Bar on the ground floor is a great no frills neighborhood bar with mix of locals and tourists. Lively but not overly crowded, superb staff, and old school movies playing on the big screen.……

“The hotel gives us the look and essence of old time New Orleans. Our room is beautifully acquainted with a sotting balcony overlooking the pool. The lobby is elegant and friendly. We were concerned about where we were going to park but there is a drive thru and after unloading a valet takes your car to a private and secure lot. The best experience is with Adrience Munroe who works the fromt dest and check in- she is the nicest and best we have ever come across and knows evryones name and is……

“The hotel itself is lovely, very tasteful classic New Orleans decor mixed with modern art, furnishings , and several great choices for meals and/or drinks. There is live entertainment on Thursday nights, and the staff from the front door and throughout are attentive and pleasant. There is a Happy Hour each day with freed drinks and snacks, and the staff working it, as well as the front desk and doormen are great tour guides and very prompt retrieving your car, etc. Rooms are well appointed and……

“Nice staff, super clean and great amenities. The solo bathrooms and showers were a great plus. The lockers for my very over sized backpack. The bed was comfy and it had privacy curtains and outlets. No complaints and a good price ”

“Perfect retreat for my celebration of life trip to NOLA! The Bunk House room is a gem with its unique, solid bunk bed and dreamy wall art creating a magical ambiance. Though not large, the room is thoughtfully organized, feeling spacious and functional. The powerful AC and fan were lifesavers in the heat, and the shower's water pressure was incredible after city explorations. Loved the practical touches - great coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave for storing late-night po' boys from NOLA……
