“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

Sobre Ponce de León hay un Mall padrísimo que está a unos 10min en el transporte (trolley) excelente opción. Además a dos cuadras hay una calle llena de restaurantes donde desayunamos súper rico CRAFTYMANIA y ZUCCA”

“2nd time staying here Everything was great. Everyone was very hospitable. The only issue was the girl by the pool didn’t know anything. I’m not sure if it was her first day working or not, but she didn’t know where to get towels or why there were no towels or how to clear the beds off to make rooms for other people to lay by the pool here But besides that was the only issue I had great hotel great food great service”
