“漂亮舒適的飯店，隨然房間偏小是一個缺點，但客服人員從前台到餐廳到房務，都非常親切友善，人情味滿滿。 地點也很方便，就在st Jame’s park旁邊，步行到白金漢宮只要6分鐘。 一家四口旅行，包含兩個讀國中的青少年，共入住9個晚上，非常美好的住宿經營。 飯店同時有旅遊資訊櫃檯，不論是旅遊規劃還是到餐廳介紹、自助洗衣，都會詳細解說，真的非常便利旅客。 大大推薦。”

“Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.”

Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. “An well quipped boutique hotel at city center London. Rooms are fairly spacious, staff are really nice and helpful. Location is great, 5mins walk to Convent garden, China Town, Strand, Charing cross etc. Will definitely consider to stay here next time.”

“Most likely the best hotel in London. The house holds so much tradition and the owners have done an amazing job upgrading everything without losing the feel and flair. Was expecting James Bond to come around the corner. The staff is incredible ”

“It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help……
