“Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. ”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “A quaint and friendly place. It is an older property so it does show some small flaws. We stayed in the Royal room and enjoyed the fireplace and claw foot tub. They have some great little personal touches like complimentary juice at the reception, homemade cookies in the room, and a hand written welcome card. The restaurant is a must too! Best breakfast!”

“One of the coziest stay we had in banff. Staff were were appreciative and attentive and everone was very nice and polite. Could not have imagined a better stay. We will be booking and staying again in the future. Thank you ver much Canalta !”
