“Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! ”

“The hotel is located in the city, extremely convenient location. It is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The parking space is right on the lower floor of the building, good for travellers with cars. ”

“我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。這是值得推介的酒店。”
