“The Property was safe and secluded. the hotel grounds were immaculate. We had a swim up room , which we loved. the concierge staff in the front , gets you taxis super quickly and they are very accommodating. the housekeeping and turn down service was EXCELLENT and on time. The spa was so relaxing and zen! the only down side was our personal concierge ambassador - we didnt see her after the first day ...she sent one text and we never saw / heard from her again. Not sure what that was about. ”

“My family and I stayed at the Westin for 6 nights at the begging of August. Our stay was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is in need of some TLC. They are in the middle of renovations which explains a lot. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. “The resort has great pool and snorkeling area. The 2 things disappointing are: 1, the kids club. It is super small. Like super small. So there is not attractive to kids and the activity and management is pool. 2. There are only 2 restaurants taking kids and one is far so we basically stay for one restaurant for the whole trip which is so sick to eat the same food over and over again. There are 5 restaurants but three of them are adult only. Which is not family friendly at all. I really think……
