“The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was just right. Breakfast included made the start of the day easier. Water and beach area was quiet and secluded; sometimes difficult to find on the Riviera Maya these days as the area has been somewhat overdeveloped. “Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I……

“The shower head was spraying water outside of the shower. The previous maintenance was tacky. It was fixed and manageable but still needs a new head. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful during our stay.”

“Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. ”
