“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“This place was closed for business when myself and another guest arrived to check-in. We had non-refundable bookings. I do not know why they advertised rooms on Expedia if they are closed. And why should I have to go through so much hassle with Expedia for my refund when I could not even check-in? Overall bad experience I hope to never repeat.”

“The staff at this hotel was amazing and awesome. Alvaro in the breakfast area was unbelievably great as well as Mercedes. Ricardo Vargas the head chef for breakfast was fantastic and so very considerate in making our experience at breakfast amazing. Edgar was fantastic as well-he was always asking if he could do anything to make our stay great.”
