“Everyone was very helpful and the place was very clean.”

“Clean and comfy room but had trouble finding the place. No name on the outside. No front desk either. Since I didn’t have Wi-Fi, I was not able to receive codes for entry. ”

“Emplacement parfait, près de l'aéroport, donc très pratique pour une nuit avant un vol. Shuttle gratuit pour nous amener à l'aéroport. Restaurant au 4e étage, donc pas besoin de sortir pour manger quelque chose. Présence d'une ascenseur pour monter et descendre d'un étage à l'autre. Draps et chambre propres. Pas de savon ni de papier à main dans la salle de bain et les divans dans le hall d'entrée de l'hostel et les fauteuils dans le corridor sont très vieux (je doute de leur propreté)”

“Our time at Bistol was very short, only 7 hours, but we were happy with the stay. Due to a flight delay, we didnt arive until after midnight, but i was able to contact them to mame arrangements, and we were me when our taxi pulled up. The room was very large, the shower was good, the beds comfortable. We had a tico breakfast made to order, and it was very good, and the staff very helpful. I would come again if ever I need a hotel close to the SJO airport.”

“What a unique experience! Staying in a tree house in the jungle! Jane never had it this good. Coffee was delivered each morning to enjoy on your deck while listening to the birds and enjoying the surroundings. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were wonderfully friendly. The night walk was so much fun and we even saw a red eyed tree frog and a sloth. Can’t wait to return. ”

“Friendly and nice staff. Quite comfortable. Very good location, in city center of San Jose, was able to walk everywhere. Supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food are near. Great sodas located on the first floor, under the hotel. Very good price overall. Someone here complained: The hot water is near the beginning of the knob as opposed to the back. There are some roaches in the bathroom and they stayed near there, which is the only downside. ”

“Jorge is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me arrange a taxi for the next morning. He even showed to make sure everything went well. I was given a room with a balcony and patio. Very nice and unexpected. ”
