“the hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were excellent and the bar was well stocked and the service was excellent. My only observation, is that for a property that large, it should have a small club vive place, nothing over the top. I didn't see a game room, like pool tables etc. if you have it, then I didn't see it.”

“This is a beautiful hotel filled with art and we enjoyed strolling the different floors to pick our favorites. We chose it to stay one night "near" the SJO airport for a flight the next day. At first we thought we had made a mistake staying here because we arrived during evening rush hour traffic and it took a long time to get there, but the drive to the airport in the morning was quick and easy. We ate a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant next door and enjoyed the hotel's breakfast……

“We enjoyed very much our staying. The staff went beyond to accommodate our needs. They ordered the taxi, dry our clothes after a rainy trip and mad ensure to get to the airport in time. The hotel has a really nice restaurant, and the food was excellent. Honestly, I would return to Costa Rica just to eat here. If you're looking for an experience and not just a hotel, this is the place . ”
