“We stayed here for only two nights for my birthday, as we wanted to splurge a bit. This is a gorgeous, very well manicured 5-star resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a higher level room for my birthday, so that front desk staff knew how to make an impression. The room was crazy amazing fabulous. Look at their website pics as they are very accurate. Expedia includes two tours when booking, so we got a fabulous night frog tour, and a half-day personalized tour of their wildlife……

“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Belle grande chambre avec un lit king confortable au 10 ieme étage et vue sur la ville. C'était bien mais un peu humide. Mais il faut dire que tout est humide au Costa Rica. Salle de bain correcte et pomme de douche qui fonctionne très bien. Bon buffet déjeuner avec du choix mais tout ça a un prix. Il y a des restaurants autour nais il faut marcher un peu. À distance de marche une dizaine de minutes il y a la rue principale avec les magasins. Il y a aussi pas loin le chibatown qui est quand……
