“Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!”

After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”
