“We stayed there as a family for the long Easter weekend, to follow and cheer our son who was running in the Boston Marathon. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from Boston Common by car or transit. The house was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Susan was very quick to respond to all queries. A must stay.”

“The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. The homeowner was a great source of information on things to do in the area as well as very responsive to any questions I had. I’d definitely rent from her again. We had a……

“Stayed with my family. 10 adults, a 4 mo old, 18 mo old and a 2 1/2 yo. Very happy with the space, bedrooms upstairs allowed us to put the kids to bed, and be able to enjoy our evening on the main level. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable. Close to 2 stops on the T made getting into downtown and back easy. ”

“Such a unique gem, it will delight you in so many ways. Pictures are accurate - even better when you see it. Beds are comfy, decor is uplifting and beautifully done. My sister and I wanted to take my Mom away for a special treat for a weekend and she said she felt like she was whisked away for a magical week. Many restaurants are closed off season; we went to Island Kitchen 2x - fantastic! Could’ve easily shopped and cooked, but nah! Although it is walking distance to everything, mom’s mobility……

“This Apt. Accomadated the six of us. It was spotless clean. The beds were very nice and comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. It was very handy to have the washer /dryer also. 1 bathroom is a little tightwith6 peoplebutwe made it work. The only Complaint we have is the tight parking space, there was barely enough room to park our Suv in the drivewy as well as backing out onto the street.All in all we had a great time, Thank you Priscilla ”

“Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.”

“We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”

We really liked the house; it’s a nice space with all the necessities and very cozy. it was a great fit for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It’s actually minutes to everything in Boston, and we would stay there again if we come back into town. ”
