“Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully. Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom. Very nice public areas and staff”

“The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor.
