“The hotel canceled on me before my trip and never reimbursed me. Sad to know they have hurricane damage but you can’t just take people’s money without providing a service. They sent me this message, “Hello Expedia Traveler, It is with sadness that we alert you the Plaza Resort and Spa has sustained significant damage from Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Nicole. “Disgusted that you paid either $25 a day to park across street or $35 a day valet! Also you are charged a fee of $29 a day resort fee. Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, but no reason the parking is not included, plenty of room.”
