“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“Check in was easy and super friendly, centrally located for beach and local shops restaurants. Would stay here again and served my purpose for this accommodation requirement at great price. “I really enjoyed the resort. Everyone was friendly and the property is nice. By the end of the vacation - 3 days- I realized that there is a hospitality fee and because the staff wasn’t giving me an itemized receipt I was tipping on top of the fee not the cost of the food/drink. It felt intentional. I should have asked when the math wasn’t mathing. We had an early flight so the night before I went to close out and was told that the front desk is staffed 24/7 however when I went to the front……
