“This is not a typical hotel experience. First you are on the beach there are no concrete walkways around the property its all sand to stay with the natural part of being in the national park. Its very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Things to note: You do have to pay a small fee to enter the national park that fee is not part of the booking fee. “Had a great stay at Siente Tulum. Convenient location close to the national park and tulum ruins. The collectivo stops right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were great and very friendly. Food was good, could use some more variety but overall worth it for the all inclusive. A couple of cons: our door didn’t shut/lock properly without slamming it shut (room 319). There was a water issue on one of the nights we stayed, but did resolve within about 30 mins. “My family stayed at this hotel in August, and we loved it! This is a brand new hotel that just opened this year. While everything is brand new, they are still working to finalize the hotel (finish one section of it and fully stock up the rooms with kitchen supplies, such as plates, cups, utensils etc.).
