“Esta en una buena ubicacíon, el mercado esta al costado por lo que puedes ir a desayunar comer o cenar a un precio accesible . El departamento esta lindo y con todo lo necesario. En el que nos quedamos el aire acondicionado parecia tener poca potencia por lo que tuvimos que tenerlo encendido en todo momento , aún asi en las noches estaba fresco.”

“Location is perfect, half block to one block from sea, beach, ferry, bus station. Garden is lovely, and the pool is cool and relaxing. Little cenote with turtles in the courtyard. Staff is the absolute best. Very helpful and friendly. Super clean, too. ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
