“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. “Its always a welcoming and great time here, we come every year and never get disappointed. Alot of activities to do for the kids and grown ups. It was children day on April 30th and they had a big show full of activities for all kids at the Barcelo Palace.
