“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“The hotel staff are very friendly. You feel well looked after. The breakfast menu has most things and quality extremely good . We found evening menu limited so ate out the middle night we were there . Please note there is building noise at the moment. We always have a Chelsea twin a very nice room a fridge in the room would make it perfect ”

“Well managed and excellent location. Virtually all hotels are serving similar food for breakfast but it was slightly not as good as the others. The coffee was crap! The service was excellent. At least, they paid attention to your requests. ”
