“I think it’s a bit pricey for the room with this size. It’s quite small for 2 people but luckily it was clean. The location is convenient which near bus and train station. However the hairdryer is not working and I need to sleep with wet hair. Also there is noise coming from the window throughout the night. ”

“The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.”

It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.”

“Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is……
