“Unique Experience. Beautiful grounds your Villa steps out to the stand then steps to the beach. This is a fisherman’s dream, fishing boats are lined up in the beach water to go out for a fee. Villas could use an update. Be warned the AC is off during the day!! The staff are all polite and accommodating ”

“The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet……

“My girlfriend and I stayed here for our trip to Tulum. It was exactly what we expected but some things were a little disappointing. The food to begin with is not worth the all inclusive price at all and to be honest it was unappealing and cheap. The drinks were very inconsistent. The servers at the rooftop were not very friendly whatsoever. There was 2 people that was great though but the rest seemed like they hated to see my gf and I (we’re Asian American and African amaerican). Overall great……

“This is an amazing place. The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours. After park hours, you can keep your wristband. There are some great restaurants down the beach and the restaurant at the beach club is good. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. We loved the beach club and the beach itself is beautiful with nice clean fine white sand. There is……

“Very nice, clean boutique hotel. It felt very quiet—almost like we were the only guests staying there, which made for a peaceful, if somewhat slow, atmosphere. The staff was friendly and easily accessible throughout our stay. A couple of small surprises: they didn’t have a regular cappuccino or Corona beer available. That said, the food was excellent—definitely a step above the neighboring hotels. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and quality dining. Would recommend it for my family……
