“The hotel really should be a 5 star hotel. We travel to Florence twice a year and could not be more impressed with this hidden gem. It is in a small private courtyard and a five minute walk to the Duomo. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the maid service is outstanding. There is a restaurant across the courtyard that we dined at twice even though we have friends that own restaurants in Firenze. We are accustomed to 5 star experiences with Ritz,……

“We drove into Piazza della Repubblica where the hotel is located. Valet parking by Florence Parking a unique experience as the key and car are handed over to a driver on arrival. (By the Apple store in the Piazza). Our car was returned on request all be it a little later than asked for. Communication with Florence parking was through the hotel on arrival and with WhatsApp text and call to arrange delivery on departure.
