“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It really felt like we were home away from home with the warm and welcoming customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. The ambience is relaxing and perfect for anyone wanting to unwind relax, and connect with the beauty of nature. My family and I had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious and service was the best. Kudos to Gabrielle, isis, and Jose for being marvelous hosts.”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“First off, the property is beyond gorgeous and the staff was attentive and so kind. I was all set to leave a fantastic review about how peaceful and tranquil this oasis in the jungle was- BUT the serene and beautiful pool was overrun with loud groups (each had their own rap music speakers blasting) … I don’t know if they were daypass holders or guests but they ruined the atmosphere and I was disappointed the staff did nothing. ”
