“Excellent communication. Beautiful, spacious two bedroom condo with outdoor deck. Awesome view of the surrounding hillsides, the river, and the ocean from living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.Gorgeous rooftop deck and bar with infinity pool. Beautiful outdoor lobby and grounds. 15 minute walk to the beach, walk along the river is the nicer way to go. Five minute Uber as well. Away from the night scene, so quiet, but close enough. Local restaurants and small markets 1 to 2 blocks away.”

“The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.”

“This building is brand new, immaculate! But the real selling point is the view. Straight down the beach from the 25th floor....er-mah-gaw! So beautiful day and night. Air conditioning blows colder than you'll want it, especially at night we left the door open to listen to the waves crashing. Heaven. ”
