“This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport. You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry. Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind! Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet……

“We had a fantastic stay at Conzulmeno Beach Resort! The beach is stunning with clear turquoise water and plenty of shade under straw umbrellas. Our kids loved spotting sea creatures like baby rays, swordfish, sea urchins and different types of fish. They also enjoyed spending time in the pool by the beach. At night we often took a taxi to the center which is only 10 mins away. Huge thanks to the amazing staff—Paulino, Santiago, Carlos, Pedro, Fernando and Oscar—for their great service. Special……

“I do not regret booking my stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, very polite and caring , they really know how to take care of their guests. Breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! Their private beach access was perfect! As well and the bar outside, especially the staff member out there named Darwin, he was a very kind and respectful man.This place is definitely a 10/10 recommendation!”

“Explorean was a true get away to a relaxing vacation. The hospitality from staff was exceptional. Housekeeping had the room clean daily, with towels. The hotel included free excursions which was a plus! Thank you Explorean Cozumel ”
