“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“It had a pool and private access to the beach with use of chairs and umbrella. Also a bar and grill on property. We didn’t need anything else for the two nights we were there. Beautiful view of the ocean from our room.”

“Royal Palms saved us! We checked in to an Airbnb that was just horrible and needed to call an audible. We found Royal Palms on Expedia and seamlessly booked our stay. Once we arrived at the Royal Palms, the staff took care of us and allowed us to relax. Between carrying our bags up to our room and preparing delicious pool-side food, we were very happy with the staff. The property is definitely a bit on the older side and isn’t especially fancy, but the service and location more than makes up……
