“I felt safe all the time ”

“The entertainment throughout the day and night were amazing. There is always something going on and something for all ages. The staff were exceptional. A big shout out to all of them but especially Ramiro, Rafael, Angel, Manu and Ivan. I know I've missed a few and I apologize. We will definitely go back and will recommend this place to fruends and family.”

“Nice newer hotel. Good looking breakfast buffet, offered til 12:30, not included in hotel price. Have to order room service if you want something off the menu before 12:30. Very few staff that could speak English. Room cleaning wasn't top notch, the floor was never swept once and seemed to be cleaned in a hurry. Aside from that, we are planning our January 2026 stay there.”
