“This resort was excellent. The resort was very clean, the food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. We really loved this resort. We always found chairs around the pool no matter the time of day, and the awnings were amazing to be under for shade.”

“Loved our stay! The food was impeccable, staff was super nice, and the view from our room was incredible. My husband I enjoyed our stay immensely. It felt like we were coming home whenever we got back from sightseeing. The area was nice, quiet, and felt magical at times. “Overall the hotel was beautiful and put together nicely. The pool scenes was amazing, I love that they had family pool and then an adult pool, the buffet was delicious. However just a couple things I did not like was watching others eat in the pool, it was windy so the food spilled inside, when it was time to do aerobics the instructor was very pushy. I go to relax not work out. If I said no then leave it at that. Then the doble beds, me and my husband slept in separate beds the entire trip……

“It was a great place to relax at the beach front, staff was very dedicated to make us feel pampered with lots of attention. The entertainment the hotel offered every night was great, we had a wonderful time and met wonderful people. We liked the service at the french restaurant in particular, we celebrated a birthday and they make us a wonderful cake. The pool was heated, it was nice. At the Spa the jacuzzi heater was not working. In March the sea water was cold and the beach was windy ”

“This resorts location is great. They provide bikes that can be used in the run/bike trail. The beach is clean and offers multiple full massages for a low price. The pool is great and relaxing, but also offers fantastic entertainment. Would love to stay here again.”

“I didnt like being pushed by every employee there to take a tour and 90 minute sales pitch about them promoting a new hotel and a 10 year plan presentation. I went for a holiday not to be harassed. I wouldnt call the rooms swim out rooms as the indiviual pools are not connected to the main pool which is what i had assumed they meant by a swim out room. The resturants need a bit more variety. The raccoons and iguanas are probably the highlight of the hotel as they are very interesting to see.……
