“I have been to quite a few different RIU hotels in Mexico, and I can say without a doubt this one is my best experience yet. The staff were so kind and helpful, the cleanliness was amazing, and don’t even get me started on the food. I have never had such incredible food at a hotel resort. Specifically the gourmet restaurant, the steakhouse, the Asian restaurant, and even the sports bar, all had food i am still thinking about a week after we left. If you are looking for a more relaxed laid back……

“Yo reservé porque decía no niños y la verdad no me agradó que no se dijera la verdad, si no no hubiera reservado y en la parte de arriba de mi habitación como que estaban remodelando porque mucho ruido en la noche la primera después les comenté y como que se aplicaron y dejaron de hacer ruido x la noche, en cuanto al hotel las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy a amables ”

“Everything about this place was amazing from the staff to the food. I’ve stayed at some of the bigger resorts like the Rius in cancun so if that’s what your looking for this isn’t it. Hacienda Buenaventura has more of a personal feel to it. Definitely smaller and older but I think that’s what makes it special and gives it character. Food was amazing and I think it’s because they’re not cooking for thousands of guests each meal so the quality is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. Staff……

“I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here. ”
