“I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying……

“We were warmly greeted by several staff members upon arrival at the hotel. As a young couple (24 & 25), we were initially a little apprehensive, as we’ve previously found that some high-end hotels can make us feel uncomfortable- perhaps because of our age.
