“Everything was great about our stay. Fabulous room, comfortable bed but it was really warm and there was no way to cool it down. I asked for a fan but they didn’t provide one. Good in the Refuge was fabulous, complimentary drink was a lovely touch. Brrss as least was really good - lots of choice. Check in staff were great. The hotel is a bit of a maze but that adds to its character. Great location for exploring Manchester. Would definitely go back. . ”
