“Beautiful hotel. Luxury feel. Room was very spacious. Staff all excellent and very friendly. Chef has to be recommended. Food was amazing as was the waiting staff. Bit disappointed in the spa area as its seperate areas for women and men for steam and sauna room. Also to note. Bar closes early. We managed to get refreshments and took them to our room. On check out - charged with tray service and room service for these drinks. (Took some explaining to get it removed) awaiting refund.……

“I am so impressed by the service of tge staff. They are all super helpful. The place is nice though tge room is a bit small. What else can you expect with such reasonable price in the centre of London. We will definitely come back in our next stay.”

“A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.”
