“What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. Food is cooked fresh that morning and do try to accomodate most requests. The biggest issue,……

Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. “Great location to stay a couple of nights for a sad family occasion. Jasper on the front desk was great. Facilities are OK but not perfect. At breakfast even in non peak periods, basic items were missing and tables unkempt. However our room was spacious and we would stay again though not if we wanted to feel spoiled or as a particular treat. ”

“Hotel is located perfectly for a short stay/zoo trip. Free parking and no need to move your car as you can make a short walk from the hotel to the entrance. Two restaurants and a indoor pool. Advise to book meals and pool in advance.”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍”
