“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“sewage nearly blocked . The smell flows all over the room. The aroma it used at main reception hall flows to restaurant. I am eating the aroma/smell rather than eating the food.”

“Hotel has the perfect location to go walk abouts in London. On arrival we were seen straight away and the room was actually ready so we could drop our bags in the room. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee facility in room ok just not enough milk. The shower was a pain to work out I couldn’t to be honest. The bed was lovely and the pillows were heaven. Would definable stay again”
