“The Hotel was situated in pleasant surroundings, catered for everyone including children. The staff were very welcoming and easy to approach. The menu choice was very good and the food cooked to a very good standard my wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary here. ”

“I was concerned after reading reviews but need not of worried , it is basic but with everything you need , it was clean and so quiet and its a short walk to the shop , it was so quiet had no problem sleeping , i will remember to take batteries for the tv remote as had to keep getting up to change the channel when asked house keeping never had spare ones , but apert from that we had kettle and tea and coffee supplied and toiletries, over all an enjoyable stay and i didnt want to leave , will……

“Spent a lovely few days at the Woodlands hotel with a friend and our two dogs. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. If you are looking to take a dog with you it's a great choice. They have a lovely big safe garden, with a gate leading straight out to the forest. There is a bar area where you are allowed to have your dog with you during breakfast and dinner and the food is very good. If you are not a doggy person, there is a separate dining room, so you don't have eat with dogs……

“在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。”

“Staff were great. Particularly one member of staff who was on reception when we arrived, in the bar when we came back later that night and then back on reception first thing in the morning. I cant recall her name but she was very helpful, extremely personable and a credit to the hotel.”
