“We loved our stay at Occidental Cozumel! The people were just so wonderful and showed us the most generous hospitality. The food was simply amazing and the cocktails were always fun and surprising. We enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds and the traditional architecture. The snorkeling at the resort was pretty good, but while we were there we went on two different snorkeling tours to explore the Palancar Reef. What a wonderful adventure we had at Occidental!! ”

“We stayed in one of the villas and had a great stay! Spacious 3 bed 4 bath unit, super clean, friendly staff and central to everything. A short few minute drive to the beach and coastline. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, but other than that, a great stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great stay!”

“Diria que Excelente las condiciones de la propiedad en general, con 2 excepciones para mí que sería el area de playa algo pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse en este hotel y la otra el desempen̈o del Gerente de Recepción en turno DIEGO BURGOS que siento que pudo resolver de una mejor manera una simple solicitud por parte de un huesped al que se le debe tratar para que regrese y no que le queden dudas en volver. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
