“We came in really late because of flight delays. I called ahead and they said no problem and had the valet driver stay late to park our car. ”

“ The only downside is and was my room was facing the train which was extremely loud when passing and the musical number that was playing daily every morning. The property overall was nice quiet and clean. I would definitely book here again just pick a different room”

“Staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was not far from a lot of attractions. Some were in walking distance, others a short Uber drive which took only about 5 minutes or less. All in all a great experience. ”

“This was an excellent place to stay in the French Quarter! Close enough to walk most places, but just far enough from the action to be quiet and relaxing at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again. Oh, and grab a breakfast at French Toast next door while you are there!”

“The hotel itself is great, the location if you get a canal street facing room was really difficult to enjoy. The staff and room were great, the AC was a little wonky and the tv but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with easily. Bring ear plugs and maybe an eye mask if you want good sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault that Canal street is nothing but loud engines, police, and fire sirens all night but it does make me hesitate to stay here again UNLESS I was assured a room off the back of hotel. ”
