However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“So many great things to say about this stay. We got in earlier than check in allowed but the receptionist was able to get us in our rooms 4 hours early. It was clean, felt luxe and the free breakfast had great options. Staff was great and vibes were there. ”

“An absolute gem in the beautiful French Quarter right on Jackson Square. The primo location makes this outstanding property the perfect base for exploring this great, walkable area. AMAZING staff…can’t love on these guys enough for their attentiveness and helpfulness, especially “Dr House” Andrew.He looked so much like the T.v star that I had to ask his real name. Lol.He was very helpful with foodie tips for the area. The property itself was just so charming. You would never know there was an……
