“The hotel itself is great, the location if you get a canal street facing room was really difficult to enjoy. The staff and room were great, the AC was a little wonky and the tv but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with easily. Bring ear plugs and maybe an eye mask if you want good sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault that Canal street is nothing but loud engines, police, and fire sirens all night but it does make me hesitate to stay here again UNLESS I was assured a room off the back of hotel. ”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean. Pool is very small, like the size of a hot tub. No maid service unless your there 10 days and you have to take your own trash down the hall to a trash bin. I guess you have to pay if you want service before then or extra towel but there were plenty in the room. Didn't know it was a time share place and we had to wait a half hour to get our keys to meet with someone to talk about setting up a 90 minute presentation. We refused and she……

“It’s an amazing location! Walkable to many places. I also liked how quiet it was. A couple of things I would like to point out is there are no windows in the bedrooms (I stayed in the 2 bedroom) and also no full length mirror anywhere in the place. I reached out to the point of contact person given in the check in instructions, Hector, and despite me being there for 5 days, I’ve yet to hear back from him.
