“Great location in the Piazza di Santa Croce. Nice view from living room. Very walkable to many things in Florence. We were met for Check in which went smooth. Well appointed room with most the amenities you need. Could use some glasses and paper towel in the kitchen. 2 Bathrooms were good and had a 3rd bonus toilet in hall. “Wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious for a family of five, with two bedrooms, very clean and modern. The indoor pool was great, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful views. The service was also top notch. A little bit of a walk from the sights, about 15 mins max, but was nice to have dinner away from the super touristy area, and plenty of options nearby. We’d definitely stay there again. ”
