“Nice lake and quiet cabin made for a relaxing time”

“Everyone had fun playing games, swimming, kayaking and sitting around the fire! We loved that there are no stairs to the lake and you walk right out and you are there. The lake is shallow by the dock and allowed our children to swim and jump off the dock all day long! The house has plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also plenty of beds to be able to sleep comfortably. ”

“It was a great place with lots to do for our 4 grands of varying ages. Modern cabins. We brought our own food to grill on the bbq provided and we had pizza at the snack shop on site. Will definitely be back! ”

Had BBQ dinner buffet served by the owner of the resort. Very friendly staff and the lodge we stayed in was very clean. Beach is great for all ages and free kayaks and canoes were the cherry on top. “We absolutely loved the cabin. It’s just perfect! The king bed in the master was super comfortable. Spent many lovely hours on the screen porch. Looking forward to returning!”

“Small quaint cabin if you're looking for a quiet weekend in the woods. No cell service so if you want to be where no one can reach ya this is the place. We played cards and games all weekend. Couldnt get the DVD player to work but other than that enjoyable quiet weekend. ”

“Treasured family traditionThis was my 5th time staying at the Bensons' cabin. As always, it was amazing. We live only a half hour or so away, but don't have our own lake place. Our annual stay at Clearwater provides us many northern Minnesota lake memories. We especially love rowing and stand up paddle boarding, and my girls have really gotten into fishing the past couple of years (this time my older daughter added a nice bass to our sheetpan seafood "boil").
