“We had a great time at this resort. The service is unmatched... the staff go out of their way to ensure all guests have a great experience. We stayed at El Beso and enjoyed our room - there was lots of space, it felt clean and the A/C worked really well. The bed was not super comfortable and could benefit from a mattress upgrade, but everything else in the room felt updated. The food at the al la carte restaurants was fantastic - the Bistro at El Beso was amazing and a great option for breakfast……
