“I really enjoyed the resort. Everyone was friendly and the property is nice. By the end of the vacation - 3 days- I realized that there is a hospitality fee and because the staff wasn’t giving me an itemized receipt I was tipping on top of the fee not the cost of the food/drink. It felt intentional. I should have asked when the math wasn’t mathing. We had an early flight so the night before I went to close out and was told that the front desk is staffed 24/7 however when I went to the front……
