“Nice hotel for couples or families on vacation. Complimentary breakfast was nice with lots of options. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The buidling itself could use some updating but I think it was adequate. Only complaints I have is that the elevator rooms on the parking structure floors smelled like rotten milk. Also paying for parking sucks when other places offer free parking. Also haunted house next door is BLASTING music. I could hear it from my room but i imagine being close……

“I visit Gatlinburg every year. I always stay in a cabin, but decided to switch up a little, and I loved it. I'm big on beautiful views of the mountains. I still got that staying there. The pool area was great, my grandkids really enjoyed it, and the warm cookies whenever you wanted them was delicious. I would definitely stay again.”

“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. ”
