“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Our stay at Place d'Armes was great! The location is absolutely perfect. It's walking distance to the main streets like Bourbon but far away enough that it isn't loud at night. The hotel itself has a beautiful courtyard and pool area which looks so much better in person than in the photos. The staff were also fantastic and friendly. We loved our stay”

“Location, location, location....just far enough from Bourbon St. to avoid noise and craziness, just right in the middle of the best part of the French Quarter. Property is aging, needs refresh. One of two elevators out of service entire visit. Shower handle almost falling off. But location and reasonable price makes return visits worth while.”
